Welcome to the 16th New Zealand Venture 2026 Registration site for Participants.

Before you can logon you must create and activate an account, if you do not have an account please go to the Register New User section (see below or click here) and create your account. Once you have created your account (and activated it) log in and complete your application to the Venture.
  • Complete the Register New User section (see below)
  • Receive and action the validation email
  • Login and complete your application
  • Remember your user name and password for future access
Please note: Each Applicant must have a separate account, though the same email address can be used for multiple accounts.

 Register New User (Create an Account)
  To register, in the relevant section enter your preferred Username, Password, email address and click Register. An email will be sent to your nominated email address with instructions detailing how to activate your account and complete your application.

To ensure the security of your personal data we enforce a strict password policy. Your password must either be a strong password of at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 Capital letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and 1 special character (excluding the apostrophe) OR a passphrase of greater than 12 characters (eg My mother eats pavlova). Please note a password/phase cannot include SCOUT, ROVER or VENTURE.

Privacy Notification
In compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020, the following matters are brought to your attention:
  1. This Registration Database collects information (including health information) about you.
  2. The information is collected -
    1. to decide whether you may be included in the Venture;
    2. to make arrangements for your participation and welfare should you be included;
    3. to enable the organisers of the Venture to plan for and organise the running of the Venture.
  3. The information you provide on the Medical and Dietary sections will be used by those responsible for your welfare or medical treatment at the Venture and access to that information will be restricted and disclosed accordingly.
  4. Subject to paragraph (c), the information collected will be used by authorised Venture staff for the purposes stated in paragraph (b).
  5. The information is collected by and will be held by Scouts New Zedaland, 16th New Zealand Venture 2026, whose address is:

    Wellington 6142, New Zealand.
  6. The information so collected is held by Round Table Software P/L, ABN: 39 139 381 954, which is a company domiciled in Australia. Your data is stored in a secure Data Centre located in Sydney, Australia.
  7. You have rights to access the personal information held about you and where necessary correct any information held.
  8. The Privacy Act 2020, the Health Information Privacy Code 2020 and associated rights apply even if you are attending the Venture from an overseas jurisdiction.
